Set Up Your Brand
Everything starts with your Brand — it’s the brain behind the brilliance. Tell MadWords who you are, what you sell, who you’re targeting, and how you want to rule your niche.
Platform:
- 1. Choose MadWords and all your content will be saved in the MadWords editor and you can edit or export it.
- 2. Choose WordPress and your content is automatically saved to your WordPress install via API. No copy/pasting. No excuses. Just domination.
Step 2
Create WordPress API Key
Open your WordPress dashboard and follow these directions
- 1. Left menu > click “Users”
- 2. Click “All Users”
- 3. Select a user you want to attribute the posts to
- 4. Scroll down to “New Application Password Name” and enter a password
- 5. Click the “Update Profile” button towards the bottom of the page
- 6. Enter the password you just created in MadWords
Every Project Starts with a Brand
If you’re selling one product, just create one Brand — easy.
If you’ve got multiple different products, it’s usually best to create a separate Brand for each one. This helps MadWords understand exactly how to tailor content for each offer.
Affiliate Marketers
If you promote lots of products, you’ve got two options:
1. Create a Brand for each individual product, or
2. Create one Brand per category
For example, if you promote VPNs, set up a “VPN” Brand with audience details — and use that Brand for all your VPN content.
Selling Similar Products in One Niche?
If your products are all in the same space — like 10 kinds of dog food — and they target the same audience, one well detailed Brand for that niche is enough. Just keep the focus clear, and MadWords will know exactly what to do.
