MadWord’s automatically renews your subscription monthly or yearly per the terms displayed at checkout. You’ll receive an email 7 days before your auto renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time in the online dashboard or by emailing us at support@madwords.ai
Refunds are limited to the first 14 days of the first subscription charge. All other payments are non-refundable.
Governing Law
All claims relating to MadWords web site, products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA without regard to its conflict of laws provisions or your state or country. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Miami, Florida, USA. If for any reason, any provision or portion of these Terms and Conditions are found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.

MadWords prohibits accessing this web site and dashboard from territories where its contents are illegal. Accessing this web site is on your own initiative and you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
Force Majeure
Under no circumstances shall MadWords, its affiliates or subsidiaries be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, computer failures, telecommunication failures, internet failures, electricity failures, earthquakes, storms, floods, fires, riots, shortage of labor, illness, insurrections, civil disturbances, war, governmental actions and acts of God.
Entire Agreement
