What counts

Anything that requires editing the article.

• A fact, claim, quote, source or stat that’s wrong
• Bad grammar (style preferences don’t apply)
• Bad translation
• Localization that didn’t translate — currency, measurements, dates or anything else
• Featured or excluded products ignored
• Wrong article type

Most common issues

Less common languages. The top thirty write and translate great. Below that, quality drops the less a language is used. This applies to every AI tool. It will improve over time.

Bad data. Incorrect facts from elsewhere can find their way into the articles. We are working on solving this.

Less knowledge. A local restaurant with a single location in a small town has less knowledge available than a national brand, so it’s more likely to have issues.

How to report it

Email support@madwords.ai or open the chat in the bottom right corner of any page.

Send the article URL if it’s published, or the full article text if it isn’t, along with the project name, and tell us exactly where the issue is.

Report it and we credit you

Tell us and we credit your account with words equal to the length of the article. One credit per keyword, per account.
