Extra words and keywords are always billed at your plan’s rate. The bigger plans cost less per word, so if you are topping up regularly it is cheaper to upgrade than to keep buying. If you need 1 million or more words per month, contact us about an Enterprise account.

An upgrade is charged immediately and the words are added right away. You keep every word already in your balance, the new plan’s words and keywords are added, and your billing date moves to the day you upgrade.
